Guidelines
Public Access Terminal Guidelines
These guidelines cover all information and services delivered by means of public access terminals such as ATMs (automated teller machines), information kiosks, ticket vending machines and so on.
Smart Card Accessibility Guidelines
These guidelines cover all information and services delivered using smart cards and related media.
Application Software Accessibility Guidelines
These guidelines cover application software running under any operating system or runtime environment such as Windows, Macintosh, Unix, Linux, Java.
Telecoms Accessibility Guidelines
These guidelines cover fixed or mobile telecommunications devices and services delivered via interactive voice response (IVR) systems. This includes the hardware and software aspects of public or private telephones and videophones and menu-based services such as voicemail.
