Webinar: Understanding the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and decoding its Accessibility Requirements
The Centre for Excellence in Universal Design (CEUD) at the National Disability Authority (NDA) and AccessibleEU alongside the Irish Computer Society and the Irish Accessibility Networking Group would like to present ‘Understanding the EAA, and Decoding its Accessibility Requirements’.
This workshop is about helping you understand the European Accessibility Act (EAA), which is a set of rules that will make things like websites, products and services easier for everyone to use, including people with disabilities.
Companies that make products or offer services covered by the EAA have until 28 June 2025 to meet the rules.
We will explain what these rules are and what they mean, as well as how they are connected with other important guidelines that make things accessible. You’ll also get to learn about the best way to follow the rules.
Please note: The event will be streamed online and recorded, to be shared on our website.
