On 15 April 2026 at 11:00am the National Standards Authority Ireland (NSAI) will host a webinar on several accessibility European standards that will soon be available for public consultation.
The purpose of the webinar is to inform the audience about the European Standards for Non‑Digital Information and Support Services that will be used to comply with the European Accessibility Act.
The session will also highlight the upcoming public consultation period, beginning in April 2026, for the following standards:
- prEN 18339 - Accessibility of non-digital information related to products and services
- prEN 18340 - Accessibility of support services for products and services
This webinar is open to all, but is particularly aimed at people with disabilities, Disabled Persons Representative Organisations (DPROs), economic operators providing products and services, and regulators.
